1. General Event Terms

● Event Details: The Howrah Admission Fair will be held from November 28th to 30th, 2025, at Dumurjala Indoor Stadium, Howrah.
● Purpose: The event serves as a platform to connect educational institutions with prospective students and parents.
● Disclaimer: The organizers (Shivam Advertising) are not responsible for any direct or indirect communication, transaction, or agreement between any two parties at the event. All decisions, including admissions and financial transactions, are the sole responsibility of the individuals and institutions involved.

2. Terms for Visitors (Parents & Students)

● Registration: All visitors must register for the event. A unique registration code or pass will be issued, which is mandatory for entry.
● Entry: Entry is granted only to registered individuals. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any person without a valid registration or for any breach of these terms.
● Conduct: Visitors must behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the venue.
● Liability: Visitors attend the fair at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

3. Terms for Exhibitors (Institutions & Partners)

● Participation: Exhibitors must adhere to the terms outlined in their official participation agreement.
● Space Allocation: The organizers have the final say on the allocation of exhibition space.
● Conduct: Exhibitors must maintain professional conduct and ensure their booth staff is courteous and informative. Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.
● Materials: All promotional materials, banners, and brochures must be confined to the allocated booth space.
● Liability: Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own property, including electronics, equipment, and promotional materials. The organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
● Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for exhibitors will be detailed in the official participation agreement.

4. Privacy & Data Use

● Data Collection: By registering, you agree to the collection of your personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.).
● Consent to Share: You consent to this information being shared with the exhibitors and partners of the Howrah Admission Fair for marketing and promotional purposes.
● Third-Party Use: The organizers are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party exhibitors or partners once your data has been shared with them.

5. Intellectual Property

● Content Rights: All content on the Howrah Admission Fair website, including logos, text, and images, is the intellectual property of Shivam Advertising unless stated otherwise.
● Use of Content: You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without prior written permission.
● Submitted Content: By submitting any content (e.g., photos, testimonials), you grant the organizers the right to use, reproduce, and publish that content for promotional purposes.

6. Amendments

● Right to Modify: The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website.
● Acceptance: Continued use of the website and participation in the event constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

● Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Bengal, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata.
